Permissions Post | The Hunger
I know this is a huge text wall, but it will really help you guys understand what Thomas is capable of. I apologize beforehand.
Thomas is what one would call a Psychic Vampire. He feeds on the negative emotions in the human psyche. (For those of you familiar with Persona canon, it's a lot like a your Shadow. He feeds on that.)
That is to say, he feeds on intense emotions. He's capable of feeding on things like Lust, Fear, Pain, Rage, and Despair. Thomas' family, House Raith, feeds on Lust. With a White Court vampire, you are what you eat, as well. Since Thomas was raised feeding on Lust, he is gorgeous, nearly irresistible, and if he wants to be, he actually is irresistible.
In canon, it's been stated that a White Court vampire can make you unable to say no, and by the time they start feeding on you, you can't even want to say no.
Now, while Thomas can do these things to a character if he really wants to, he doesn't if he doesn't have to. Thomas has devised a way where he doesn't have to have sex to feed, and while it isn't very good, and doesn't give him much, he's able to survive on it.
He does hair. This creates enough pleasure in his victim to allow him to sip at their psyche if he maintains contact such as massaging the scalp. Unfortunately, because this does little to actually sate his Hunger, he has a perpetual aura of allure around him that anyone attracted to men would notice if physically near him. They would be able to resist this as he won't be impressing his will upon them, but they'll still notice. More perceptive people may even notice there's something supernatural about the appeal they find in his appearance.
If his demon is allowed to move through a character's mind, it reveals to Thomas that person's inner-most fantasies where sex is involved. For example, one of Thomas' clients in canon is a sweet, gentle girl, but when the demon touches her, he knows that she wants to be taken in a dark back alley, roughly, fingers laced in her hair, back to a wall.
White Court vampires are also able to influence the emotions and feelings of others willingly, making them feel things and want things they wouldn't under normal situations. Again, Thomas is very loathe to do this unless the situation calls for it and there's no other option, but he will if he feels it's necessary. If he tries really hard, he can do this to people not normally attracted to men as well, but that's way harder than doing it to someone who is naturally attracted to men.
He does have a crippling weakness, though: Anyone protected by reciprocated, selfless love would be completely protected from his charms, even if he were impressing his will upon them, and if he allowed his demon to touch them, it would physically burn him where he touched them, just like a powerful acid. It should be noted having sex with anyone who is not the person someone is madly, selflessly, in love with negates the protection this love would offer.

Under the right circumstances, would you be willing to have this character manipulated emotionally by Thomas? Yes, if it comes up but she'll know and be pissed at him and possibly threaten him. If he wants to learn that there are people stronger than him in the sphere, this would be the way to do it.
Would you be open to allowing Thomas to do this character's hair to sip? Yes but he'd have to tell Wanda because she has mind altering powers and would know the instant it happens. He also wouldn't be able to see her desires unless she let him because she's like that.

Would you be open to allowing Thomas to do this character's hair to sip? Yes. She would feel relaxed and it'd be weird but she wouldn't really figure out why he's so weird and why she's attracted to him. Human bodies are weird.

Are they capable of noticing this may be supernatural in nature? More than likely, he would notice, but because of Richard's personality, he will ignore it like a boss and try not to talk about it in the least.
Are they protected by undying, selfless love that has been confirmed with sexual relations?I think he's got a strength of immunity due to his being 'the mantle of the Dragon'. There are also indications that his father had some sort of protection on him.
Also, he'd let the world burn for Alex.
